  • How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?  Order status is maintained online.  You can simply log in to your account and select the Order Status link at the top of the page.  This page will list the status of all your order.  If you checked out as Guest, you won't be able to see your order status.  You can Contact Us to inquire about your order.  Please be patience as we receive hundreds of emails and we will get to you as soon as possible.
  • How Long Before I Receive My Order?  We strive to ship out your order within two business days. Depending on the shipping method selected, the arrival expectation is 4 to 14 business days. In some cases, this may take 21 business days or longer to arrive.
