  • How Does Free Shipping Work?  It's easy.  Your order qualifies for the Free Shipping option is the order totals $49 or more after applying any discounts we may be offering.  Sorry, Free Shipping is only available in the US and it's territories.
  • How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?  Order status is maintained online.  You can simply log in to your account and select the Order Status link at the top of the page.  This page will list the status of all your order.  If you checked out as Guest, you won't be able to see your order status.  You can Contact Us to inquire about your order.  Please be patience as we receive hundreds of emails and we will get to you as soon as possible.
  • How Will My Order Ship And Will I Receive A Tracking Number?  If you request Free Shipping, we generally ship your order via USPS Media Mail.  It may be shipped via another method at our discretion.  If you choose a different method of shipping (Priority Mail or UPS), your order will be shipped via that method.  We do send out tracking numbers for all orders if a valid email address is provided.  Tracking numbers are also attached to each order online.  Notifications are generally sent out at the end of the day on the day the shipment was processed. Please note: We now use multiple warehouses to fulfill your order.  Your order may arrive in several shipments depending on the location of the product and where you are phyically located.
  • I Tracked My Shipment And It Says It Has Been Delivered, However, I Never Received It.  Generally we find that your order has arrived.  You can check with the carrier to see if they are holding your package.  Sometimes carriers (especially the USPS) at the local facility because it item is large and won't fit or they don't feel comfortable leaving it if someone isn't available to receive it.  Another solution is that someone else in the household has received the shipment, and they forgot to tell you.  And finally, please check all the entrances to your home, especially doors that you may not use often as the carrier may have left the item at one of these locations.
  • Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Before It Ships?  Generally, we can't cancel an order if it's ready and available to ship as it may have already been processed and the tracking number my not have been uploaded to the system.  We do accept returns and more information is provided on this website regarding handling returns.  If you do have a back ordered item, it may be possible to contact us via email to cancel and we will make every effort to cancel the back order, however, we can not guarantee that the order can be canceled.
  • I Forgot My Password, How Can I Reset It?  On the Sign-In page, there is a link to reset your password: Forgot your password?  This will take you to a page that asks for your email address.  The system will then send you a temporary password to the email you provided.  If the email address is valid, you should receive and email with a temporary password in a very minutes.  Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it in a few minutes, please double check the email that you supplied.  If you still don't receive an email with password information, most likely the email isn't set up with an account and you can freely create a new account with this email address.  If you need further assistance, please contact us.
  • How Long Before I Receive My Order?  We strive to ship out your order within two business days. Depending on the shipping method selected, the arrival expectation is 4 to 14 business days. In some cases, this may take 21 days or longer.
  • I Can See An Item Online, However, I Can Only Add It To The Wishlist.  If you can't add an item to the shopping cart, it is currently no longer available from the manufacture.  It may return again and so we are keeping a place holder just in case.  Otherwise, we will eventually remove the item from the store.
  • I Don't See The Item I'm Looking For In Your Store, Does That Mean You Don't Have It?  Not necessarily.  Many items can be hard to find or have limited availablity.  If there is an item that you are looking for, it is possible that we can obtain that item for you or know where to find it.  Just Contact Us online and we will let you know what we find.
